As a design professional, I transformed creative concepts into high-impact campaigns across the advertising industry's most prestigious platforms. Working in agency environments, my work was instrumental in winning Super Bowl TV placements, securing agency-of-record relationships, and earning recognition at Cannes Lions, The One Club, and South by Southwest. I specialized in conversion-focused design, creating compelling touchpoints across various media channels, with particular expertise in social platforms.
 

During my time at the agency, I grew into a people-first leader. I managed design studio teams while actively shaping the agency's culture—founding and co-leading an Employee Resource Group for Womxn and Fem-identifying folx, mentoring interns, and teaching at GS&P's Academy. This experience has deepened my desire to focus my expertise on building and evolving a single brand's creative vision and culture.
 

Based in San Francisco, I bring the same creative energy to my life outside work, whether I'm catching waves, training for my next run, or working on my latest project: converting an old van named Norby into a mobile adventure base. I'm seeking an in-house role where I can fully immerse myself in one brand's journey, collaborate with dedicated teams, and help shape the future of creative design as our industry evolves with AI.
