Wondering aimlessly through NYC

"But don't you live in SF?"  I do.... and?

Hello!

I'm Rachael Stamps, a creative designer with over 15 years of experience in design and creative strategy who has worked alongside some truly brilliant individuals at every stage of the marketing funnel.

Through design, I have supported teams in selling their big Super Bowl TV concepts, pitching for new agency-of-record clients, and bringing their ideas to some of the advertising industry's biggest platforms, including Cannes Lions, The One Club, and South by Southwest.

I'm also seasoned in delivering high-impact acquisition touchpoints designed for conversion, including TV offer cards, digital banners, and always-on social campaigns (paid and organic). I have experience in art directing animation and photoshoots, creating brand guidelines, and communicating with executives.

Along the way, I have discovered a deep passion for the people side of business. I have proactively mentored interns, taught at GS&P's Academy, founded and co-led an Employee Resource Group for Womxn and Fem-identifying folx, and dipped my toes into managing design studio teams.

I live in San Francisco, CA, where I love to run and surf, and I am guilty of pouring an obscene amount of money into converting an old van I lovingly (and begrudgingly) refer to as Norby.

I'm always excited to meet new people, talk shop, or discuss the weather—or what you had for dinner last night (too much? too soon?).

In the meantime, please enjoy the slice of life below.
